light cheese cream cakes
chocolate sponge,cheese cream,chocolate chips,raspberries and chocolate swirl to decorate
SIMPLE CHOCOLATE SPONGE:
(9inch round tin)
- 6 eggs
- 12 tbsp sugar
- 5 heaped tbsp plain flour
- 5 heaped tbsp corn flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
first separate egg whites,mix until smooth and white,than add sugar and mix again about 3-5 minutes,add egg yolk and mix,sieve the loose ingrediens through the strainer,than add to your mixture and mix by hand until smoth,bake in 160 for 18min than turns up to 180 and bake next 20-25min.

LIGHT CHEESE CREAM RECIPE:
- 600ml whipping cream
- 500g mascarpone
- 2-3 tbsp castor sugar
whipp cream with castor sugar
than add mascarpone and mix slowly
you can use this cream to cover your cake, but if you want icing cover you must put a layer of butter cream around the cake,than you can put your icing.
