chocolate sponge,cheese cream,chocolate chips,icing covered

LIGHT CHEESE CREAM RECIPE:

• 600ml whipping cream 
• 500g   mascarpone       
• 2-3 tbsp castor sugar    

(if you like more sweet add more castor sugar )

whipp cream with castor sugar

than add mascarpone and mix slowly

you can use this cream to cover your cake, but if you want icing cover you must put a layer of butter cream around the cake,than you can put your icing.
