light cheese cream cakes


chocolate sponge,cheese cream,chocolate chips,raspberries and chocolate swirl to decorate
SIMPLE CHOCOLATE SPONGE:
(9inch round tin)
  • 6 eggs                                   
  • 12 tbsp sugar                         
  • 5 heaped tbsp plain flour        
  • 5 heaped tbsp corn flour        
  • 2 tsp baking powder              
  • 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder 
first separate egg whites,mix until smooth and white,than add sugar and mix again about 3-5 minutes,add egg yolk and mix,sieve the loose ingrediens through the strainer,than add to your mixture and mix by hand until smoth,bake in 160 for 18min than turns up to 180 and bake next 20-25min.
